I purchased black elderberry extract in the autumn to support my immunity during the epidemic. I followed the instructions and took it for 2 months. I noticed a cumulative effect; the longer I consumed it, the more pronounced the benefits became. There were times when I had to visit locations where patients were present originally. Working! The entire family caught a cold. We took elderberry alongside vitamin C, zinc, garlic extract, and echinacea. It seemed that we all experienced the illness more swiftly and mildly than usual. The adults took 3 capsules morning and evening after meals, whereas my 9-year-old daughter took 1 capsule at each time. It’s certainly individual, but it worked well for us.
